Job summary

Robert Young Architects in New York, NY seeks a Junior or Intermediate Designer to contribute to all aspects of projects from concept through construction administration and owner move-in. The practice is design-forward, residential, and NYC-focused with a growing national presence.

You will collaborate with the founder and senior staff, engage in design exploration, and develop details for ground-up houses, apartments, and interiors, with benefits including health, retirement, and flexible WFH

Qualifications

• US work authorization and residency in NYC metro area
• Residential project experience preferred
• Strong design communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English required

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects from concept through construction administration
• Support owner move-in coordination
• Collaborate with Founder and senior staff
• Develop designs for private residential projects
