Qualifications

• 1–4 years of comparable experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, and Word.
• Basic understanding of technical design (CDs, details, plans, elevations).

Responsibilities

• Assist in client presentation preparation.
• Retrieval of samples from dealers/showrooms.
• Compile specification booklets.
• Organize and manage the materials library.
• Assist in all phases of procurement.
• Track orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain vendor relationships.
