Job summary

Rhythm Careers is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Interior Designer with luxury hospitality experience to join a leading design firm in New York City. You will develop concepts, layouts, and client presentations, collaborating with architects, PMs, and vendors to bring high-end spaces to life.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience, strong FF&E knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Enscape, and V-Ray.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of interior design experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes and millwork.
• Proven experience in writing specifications (spec writing).
• Proficient software: AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino, Revit, Enscape, V-Ray.
• Strong FF&E and technical skills; no strict requirement on one or the other.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and spatial layouts for a project.
• Sketch and develop in 3D, producing visualisations.
• Create client design presentations with mood boards and spatial plans.
• Prepare design documents and coordinate with architects, project managers, and vendors.
