Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in interior design, 0–3 years of experience, proficiency with Revit and 3D modeling, and a working knowledge of FF&E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field from an accredited program.
• 0–3 years of interior design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software.
• Detailed understanding of FF&E design and deliverables (furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications).
• Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
• Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly.
• LEED Accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior design tasks that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation.
• Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting.
• Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
• Provide design support and documentation during the completion and execution of design concepts.
• Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.
