Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required.
• Currently pursuing interior design licensure through NCIDQ examination.
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is expected.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and Dynamo is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of interior design concepts through images, sketches, models, and renderings.
• Assist in developing floor plans, furniture layouts, and room arrangements to maximize function and aesthetics.
• Source materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting in line with design intent and budget.
• Create material boards and presentations aligning with client requirements.
• Contribute to sustainable design principles in interior projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment with plans.
• Assist in managing project timelines and interior design budgets under supervision.
