Junior Intelligence Analyst

Description

Come join our award-winning organization and work with the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry. This program involves a large team working in various units per customer requirements and requires 24/7 shift work.

Responsibilities

1. Establish methodologies for problems not susceptible to generally accepted methods;
2. Review and evaluate incoming intelligence reports, collection plans, and programs;
3. Develop and project data, draw conclusions, and estimate probabilities based on current and past intelligence situations;
4. Provide specialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support;
5. Research designated automated intelligence databases to identify relevant information, download, and format it as specified by the customer;
6. Provide tailored intelligence and threat analysis based on customer requirements;
7. Develop information, technical support documents, reports, and presentations;
8. Present briefings to designated personnel.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree with at least two (2) years of relevant experience or four (4) years of work experience in lieu of a degree;
2. Knowledge and skills in analytical and evaluative techniques for resolving procedural or factual issues;
3. Understanding of management and organizational principles, including administrative practices;
4. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques;
5. Ability to apply complex directions and guidance appropriately;
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including conducting interviews;
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
