Our client, a leading healthcare and university system, is seeking a Junior BI Analyst to join their team. As a Junior BI Analyst, you will be part of the data analytics team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid foundation in data analysis, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Junior BI Analyst

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

Pay Range: $55,000

What's the Job?

• Focus on data integrations and maintenance to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance analytics capabilities and web development projects.
• Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of BI tools, particularly PowerBI.
  
  

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of professional work experience in data, analytics, or web development.
• Strong experience working with SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
• Experience with BI tools, preferably PowerBI, is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and integrations is a plus; Python experience is also beneficial.
