Job summary

HAI Group seeks an entry-level Associate Account Executive to service and manage a portfolio of smaller accounts. You will handle day-to-day service needs, review policies, and assist with renewals under supervision.

The role builds skills in account management, customer service, and insurance program analysis to support members. You will train on-site in Cheshire, CT, travel up to ~30% across the U.S., and work toward licensing in all 50 states while supporting cross-selling and client

Qualifications

• Progression in account management and customer service with a focus on small or less complex accounts.
• Understanding of P&C insurance operations and agency processes.
• Ability to obtain licensure in all 50 states and travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, main contact for routine billing, claims, renewals, coverage.
• Review policy documents for accuracy and alignment with client needs.
• Conduct renewals for less complex accounts and coordinate underwriting information with carriers.
• Support cross-selling and upselling by identifying additional products to meet client needs.
• Respond to inquiries promptly; escalate complex issues to senior team members.
