Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Setup Technician I to prepare, set up, and optimize injection molding equipment for safe and efficient production. You will install molds, adjust process parameters, run startups, and verify readiness per procedures and quality standards.

You'll collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement, with hands-on tasks and documentation to ensure stable operation and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with injection molding setups and tooling.
• Ability to read work instructions and use measurement devices.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor molded products for conformity and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain quality by following specifications and ISO-aligned processes.
• Support waste reduction, throughput improvements, and SQCD targets.
• Participate in 6S, Kaizen, and other improvement activities.
• Set up presses according to schedules and prepare auxiliary equipment.
• Remove molds after runs and ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
• Complete setup documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and report hazards.
• Engage in daily management routines to strengthen performance.
