You will assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC equipment, perform preventive maintenance, assist with startups and testing, and maintain accurate service reports in a safety-focused

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Technical school or HVAC coursework preferred.
• 0-2 years of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or construction experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks including filter changes, belt replacements, and coil cleaning.
• Assist with equipment startups and system testing.
• Maintain accurate service reports and work documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Participate in manufacturer and company-sponsored training programs.
