Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as junior level HVAC installers, looking to continue their training in the trades. Please only apply if have experience of at least one year in HVAC field work and/or HVAC school. If you do not have HVAC experience, you must include a cover letter detailing why you are still a good candidate and have applicable trades experience. Applicants who do not include this will not be considered.

Bellows services customers throughout the entire San Francisco Bay Area. This position supports our North Bay operations, out of our Novato office, and serves Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. Position Overview

The HVAC Trainee works closely with experienced technicians and the operations team to support service calls and installation projects while learning the fundamentals of the trade. This role focuses on hands-on training and developing the skills needed to become a successful technician. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
