Bellows services customers throughout the entire San Francisco Bay Area. This position supports our South Bay operations and serves Santa Cruz, Monterey, Santa Clara, and San Mateo counties. Position Overview

The HVAC Trainee works closely with experienced technicians and the operations team to support service calls and installation projects while learning the fundamentals of the trade. This role focuses on hands‑on training and developing the skills needed to become a successful technician. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with HVAC service calls and installations

• Support installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
