Job summary

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is hiring for an HVAC apprentice and helper on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will learn under experienced installers, assist with in-home installations, and travel throughout the South Bay with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred experience in HVAC. This role requires physical ability, a valid CA driver license, and the ability to work in varied environments. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 75 pounds.
• Clean DMV, California Driver License.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Willing to work in varied indoor/outdoor spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Installers with installation of HVAC equipment in residences.
• Support lead installers and learn on the job in a fast-paced environment.
• Work across sites in the South Bay, and follow safety guidelines.
• Learn to troubleshoot and problem solve under supervision.

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical has a full time positions available for a HVAC apprentice and helper. The ideal candidate will not only be a hard worker but also be a quick learner with a positive attitude who can work under pressure. This position assists an HVAC Installer or Lead Installer with installing of HVAC equipment in residences throughout the South Bay.

Preference given to applicants with experience in HVAC

Requirements:

• Ability to work in confined space, crawl spaces and attics
• Ability to work in extreme temperature environments
