Rebag is seeking a Junior HR Generalist to support recruiting and HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This early-career position offers hands-on experience with onboarding, payroll, benefits inquiries, HR systems, and reporting under the Director of Talent and HR.

The Associate will coordinate postings, screening, interviews, and offboarding while maintaining records in Rippling and Greenhouse. English fluency is required, with preferred Spanish/Portuguese.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of HR, recruiting, People Operations, or related experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• HRIS or applicant-tracking experience preferred.
• Retail or multi-location experience is a plus.
• Availability Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm EST
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is strongly preferred. Your resume must be English, otherwise it won't be considered.

Role

The Junior HR Generalist will support the day-to-day delivery of Rebag’s recruiting and HR operations. This is a broad, hands-on role designed for an early-career HR professional who wants exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

The Associate will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee records, HR systems, payroll and benefits inquiries, training administration, reporting, and offboarding. The role will also support employee relations and performance-management processes under the direction of the Director of Talent and HR.

This is not a recruiter-only position. Priorities will shift between hiring and other HR responsibilities based on business needs.
