Valor Communities is seeking an Assistant Builder to support residential construction in Panama City and DeFuniak Springs, Florida. You will work closely with Builders and leadership to coordinate daily activities, inspections, and material deliveries, ensuring safety and quality on site.

The role emphasizes learning the complete homebuilding process, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced field environment and a commitment to delivering high-quality homes and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist Builders with daily management of residential construction activities.
• Walk homes and job sites to monitor progress, workmanship, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate trade contractors, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Update construction schedules and track progress.
• Support preparation for homeowner closings and inspections.
• Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, and customers.
