Job summary

Regional Homes of Panama City Beach is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team selling award-winning floor plans across new home sites. Prior sales experience is not required, just drive and a strong work ethic. You will build relationships, prospect new business, and deliver excellent service to buyers.

We offer draw + commission with potential to earn six figures, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.
