Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or wrestling experience required, plus strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to engage young athletes positively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in leading, instructing, and mentoring student-athletes in grades 7-8.
• Help create a safe, positive environment focused on fundamental skill development, sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
