Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Knowledge of sport/ experience in scholastic wrestling.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Ability to give clear direction.
• Ability to supervise and direct others.
• Must be interested in supporting and working with all student-athletes.
• Knowledge of PIAA rules and policies governing the sport.
• Ability to work within the Blueprint/Action Plan of the Muhlenberg School District.
• Clearly communicate to student athletes, parents, school officials and sport officials.
• Work collaboratively with the High School Head Coach to ensure their philosophy is carried out throughout the 7-12 program.
