Qualifications

• Coaching license or coaching application with results from the NMAA.
• Complete application on file for in-district coaching positions.

Responsibilities

• Teach sports techniques, rules, strategies, and tactics.
• Condition athletes for endurance, strength and agility.
• Supervise practices and contests; oversee locker rooms and buses.
• Instill sportsmanship, teamwork, work ethic and responsibility.
• Monitor attendance, grades and conduct of athletes.
• Respond to injuries with approved first aid.
• Manage uniforms, equipment and facilities.
