Nettleton School District is seeking a Junior High Special Education Inclusion Teacher to provide classroom instruction for students with diverse learning needs. This on-site role supports inclusive practices and requires collaboration with staff and families to promote student progress.

Starting immediately, the position aligns with the 187-day calendar and the district pay plan. A valid teaching license with the appropriate endorsement is required.

Qualifications

• Holds a professional license with a teaching endorsement at the appropriate level (elementary, middle, or high school).
• Demonstrates professional and personal characteristics for working with students, parents, staff and community.
• Ability to monitor students, travel between locations if itinerant, and prepare required written reports.
• Ability to maintain student behavior standards and demonstrate integrity.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver instruction designed for student learning in the classroom and school.
• Monitor and assess student progress and maintain records as required by policy.
• Use varied instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs.
• Inform parents regarding student progress and instructional program.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration; participate in professional growth.
