Job summary

Bentonville Schools is seeking a Junior High School Athletic Coach who will also fulfill a Licensed Teacher position. This role requires the implementation of district-approved curriculum, facilitation of student success, and a safe learning environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Arkansas State Certification and preferably has coaching experience. The position plays a crucial part in the academic growth and interpersonal skills of our students.

Qualifications

• Must hold Arkansas State Certification as a Teacher.
• Preferred to have Arkansas State Certification in the appropriate grade level.
• Successful prior teaching and coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student success through implementing curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans and translate them into learning experiences.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of student learning.
