Job summary

St. Joseph School District is seeking an Assistant Baseball Coach (MSHSAA Activities) at Benton High School to support the baseball program from 7th grade through varsity.

The role includes implementing practices, evaluating athletes, and promoting sportsmanship in accordance with district policies. The ideal candidate will meet MSHSAA minimums, preferably hold a Missouri teaching certificate, and have prior coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum MSHSAA requirements.
• Preferred: Valid Missouri Teaching Certificate and Previous Coaching Experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with design and implementation of activities program from 7th grade through varsity.
• Provides supervision of student athletes during all aspects of the program.
• Develops game strategies and practice regimens.
• Coordinates fundraising and budgeting for the program.
• Collaborates with Head Coach and Activities Director.
