Qualifications

• Must be a current East Marshall CSD employee or eligible external applicant.
• Knowledge of wrestling fundamentals, strategy, and skill development at junior high level.
• Ability to obtain Iowa Coaching Authorization if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct organized practices for JH wrestlers.
• Develop meet-day strategies for junior high level.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and competitive environment.
• Communicate with building administration and Activities Director.
• Monitor academic eligibility and student conduct per district guidelines.
• Represent East Marshall CSD with professionalism at all contests.
• Other duties as assigned by Activities Director or administration.
