Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership or related field preferred.
• Texas principal or administrator certification preferred.
• Experience: Master’s degree in educational leadership or related field; valid Texas certification required; TEA exam completion may be required.
• Strong knowledge of instructional leadership practices including data-driven decision making and school operations.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instructional walkthroughs and provide coaching to teachers.
• Support discipline procedures and student culture initiatives.
• Assist in scheduling, testing coordination, and campus operations.
• Support teacher evaluation and professional development activities.
• Analyze student achievement and behavior data to inform improvement plans.
• Maintain safe school environments and ensure policy compliance.
