Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field preferred.
• Texas Principal Certificate highly preferred.
• T-TESS Certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Observation & Feedback: weekly Get Better Faster observation cycles for teachers with actionable feedback.
• PLC leadership: run high-impact PLCs focusing on lesson internalizations and data-driven monitoring.
• Curriculum alignment: ensure fidelity to district Tier 1 curriculum.
• Assessment management: analyze STAAR, MAP, and interim data to identify gaps and trends.
• Action planning: facilitate 2–4 week action plans to reteach standards based on data.
• Campus culture: uphold Jubilee values and restorative discipline to maintain a high-expectations environment.
• Parent engagement: partner with families to support academic and behavioral concerns.
