Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage a portfolio of cases with substantial financial exposure and drive resolution.
• Analyze case information, determine next steps, and move cases forward.
• Communicate with insurers, adjusters, and attorneys to gather information and progress cases.
• Investigate missing or inconsistent information and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and take action to keep cases moving.
• Prepare professional case communications and maintain documentation.
• Track reimbursement activity and address outstanding items or delays.
• Collaborate with team members and attorneys on complex matters.
• Manage multiple cases and priorities to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Take ownership from assignment to resolution.
