Qualifications

• MS/MA, MBA or BS/BA with finance or quantitative emphasis.
• Knowledge of financial markets.
• Strong Python experience and familiarity with SQL.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income products.
• Ability to manage a diverse workload with attention to detail.
• Able to communicate clearly with key relationship contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk oversight for the Alternative Finance and Leveraged Finance trading businesses.
• Assist in managing the market risk reporting process and ensure accuracy of key risk measurements.
• Develop risk infrastructure and assist with risk and market data analysis projects across the team.
• Analyze trading strategies and products to align with RBC risk tolerance and objectives.
• Review significant transactions to facilitate business and ensure proper risk controls.
• Collaborate with trading to maintain cohesion on key risk issues, systems, limits and risk.
