Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer on a full-time contract to create digital graphics, marketing materials, and social content while upholding brand standards.

You will develop layouts, assist with photo editing, and collaborate with marketing and senior designers to deliver high-quality assets for web and print. Strong typography and communication skills are essential, with a portfolio demonstrating concept to final production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basics of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions based on project requirements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection, image manipulation, and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders on creative projects.
• Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet project requirements.
