Qualifications

• Requires degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent work experience in AEC industry
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, graphics, and image use to convey messages effectively

Responsibilities

• Support design solutions for proposals, sales materials, and presentations including long document layouts and brochures
• Plan and design compelling graphics, collaborating with proposal and technical teams
• Build and refine PowerPoint decks and templates communicating technical concepts clearly
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to support visual storytelling
• Convert complex data into accessible, visually appealing graphics
