Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to support design for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

You'll develop visuals, refine PowerPoint decks, and collaborate with engineering and business development to strengthen messaging across print and digital formats. You should have 1–2 years of graphic design experience and a relevant degree, with strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills and a solid eye for layout and typography.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field is required or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to apply design knowledge using layout, typography, graphics, and images to produce visual communications.

Responsibilities

• Support design of proposals, sales materials, and presentations including long document layouts and marketing collateral.
• Conceptualize and design graphics, collaborating with proposal team and technical staff.
• Refine PowerPoint decks and templates to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and business development teams to support visual storytelling needs.
• Translate complex ideas into accessible, visually engaging graphics.
