Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to join the West Central U.S. Sales Team. You will support design for proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and other graphics, turning complex data into clear visual storytelling.

You will develop layouts and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and PowerPoint, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables for both print and digital formats.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related discipline; work experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Support design solutions for proposals, sales materials, and presentations.
• Plan, conceptualize, and design graphics to strengthen messaging.
• Build and refine PowerPoint decks and templates to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to support visual storytelling.
• Translate complex data into accessible visuals and maintain brand consistency.
