Job summary

Jacobs Solutions Inc. is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join the West Central U.S. Sales Team in a hybrid capacity.

You will support the design of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, turning concepts into visuals that engage audiences. The role requires 1–2 years of professional design experience, proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, and strong layout and storytelling skills to convey technical content effectively. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline from a four-year College/University.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support graphic design solutions for winning proposals, sales materials, and presentations.
• Plan, conceptualize and design compelling graphics with messaging in mind.
• Build/refine PowerPoint decks and templates to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and business development teams.
• Translate complex ideas into visually accessible information.
