Enterprise Technology Services (ETEK) is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer / Production Designer to join our Creative Services team supporting the United States Mint. You will work on high-profile projects including packaging, print collateral, marketing materials, and digital communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work and strong fundamentals.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and branding.
Attention to detail and ability to identify production errors.
Ability to translate feedback into revisions and work under deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality print and digital materials (packaging, collateral, brochures, signage, presentations).
Develop and refine concepts while maintaining brand standards and visual consistency.
Prepare production-ready artwork using Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
Create layouts with typography, composition, color, imagery, and visual storytelling.
Prepare files for print production (bleeds, trim, color profiles, prepress).
Review materials for quality, accuracy, and readiness for production.
Collaborate with creative directors, photographers, writers, and production staff.
