Atlas Packaging & Displays, Inc. in Miami, FL, invites applications for a Junior Graphic Designer to support print-ready artwork and production for corrugated and folding carton packaging.

You will work under a Design Manager in an established design department, gaining hands-on experience early in your career. This in-office role offers mentorship, exposure to real-world packaging projects, and growth within the graphic design track and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required).
• Understanding of print production basics (bleed, trim, color modes CMYK, resolution).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand/production guidelines.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction/feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit print-ready artwork for corrugated and folding carton packaging
• Prepare dielines, layouts, and mockups in coordination with structural designers
• Ensure artwork meets production specs: bleeds, color separations, and print constraints
• Prepare and adjust artwork files for digital printing
• Order print plates and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate specs and timely turnaround
• Support the design team with proofing, revisions, and file prep for customer approval
• Maintain organized, version-controlled files and project folders

About the Role

Atlas Packaging & Displays is a leader in structural packaging, specializing in corrugated and folding carton development. We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team, supporting print-ready artwork and design production for retail and industrial packaging clients. You'll be joining an established design department, working alongside a Design Manager, two graphic designers, and two structural designers. Key Responsibilities
