Job summary

OluKai in Irvine, CA is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to translate campaigns and product stories into digital, social, retail, and print assets. You will work with senior designers, ensuring on-brand visuals and consistent typography.

You’ll grow your craft through collaboration, feedback, and exposure to AI-enabled tools, while contributing to premium ocean lifestyle branding and a fun, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably with consumer, lifestyle, apparel, or footwear brands.
• Portfolio showing strong visual fundamentals across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of production-ready artwork and file formats.

Responsibilities

• Design on-brand digital assets for paid social, emails, web banners, and landing pages.
• Design and adapt retail, presentations, and print materials.
• Maintain brand systems and shared Figma libraries.
• Support campaign production with organized files and handoffs.
• Prepare and quality-check final files for print/vendor specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet deadlines.
