Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and visual communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience designing for web and social media is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality graphic designs for online store, promotions, social media, and digital platforms.
• Interpret and apply the Stampin’ Up! brand through storytelling visuals.
• Prepare and export design deliverables for digital channels.
• Support operations through asset management and workflow improvements.
• Participate in team critiques and collaborative reviews.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices.
