Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Santa Monica is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support seasonal graphic development, product creation, and production execution. You will collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Licensing, and Production teams to bring concepts to life while ensuring quality and adherence to processes.

The ideal candidate has a Graphic Design degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in the field, and strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal graphic development and production execution.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Licensing, and Production teams to bring concepts to life while ensuring quality, consistency, and process adherence.
• Participate in seasonal inspiration workshops and trend research.
• Gather design inspiration and explore fonts, trims, and embellishments for apparel.
• Assist in creating seasonal graphic concepts and assets.
• Support trim approvals with cross-functional partners.
• Prepare Sample Tech Packs and coordinate handoff to the Senior Production Artist for development.
• Create Sample Visual Line Plans (VLPs) and communicate design updates to Production Artists.
• Maintain design accuracy throughout the production process.
• Support the development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established design workflows.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $69,100-90,700 USD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
