Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer in Santa Monica, CA to support seasonal graphic development and production execution. You will work with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Licensing, and Production teams to bring concepts to life with quality and consistency.

The role involves trend research, asset creation, and coordinating handoffs to production, ensuring workflow adherence and design accuracy across the production cycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for graphic design, apparel, and trend-driven product creation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in seasonal inspiration workshops and trend research.
• Gather design inspiration and explore fonts, trims, and embellishments for apparel.
• Assist in creating seasonal graphic concepts and assets.
• Support trim approvals with cross-functional partners.
• Prepare Sample Tech Packs and coordinate handoff to the Senior Production Artist for development.
• Create Sample Visual Line Plans (VLPs) and communicate design updates to Production Artists.
• Maintain design accuracy throughout the production process.
• Support the development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established design workflows.

Education

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years relevant work experience

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $69,100-90,700 USD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
