You will help produce marketing materials, manage social content, and maintain brand assets while fostering guest engagement across OTG’s social platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience including internships, freelance work, or entry-level roles.
• Strong interest in graphic design, social media marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Canva and social media management tools; portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Services team with day-to-day design requests across print and digital channels.
• Create and update menus, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and branded assets.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content that supports goals and guest engagement.
• Manage OTG's social media channels, including content creation and publishing.
• Maintain brand assets and participate in community engagement across OTG platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications, Operations, and partner teams on campaigns.
• Track basic social metrics and contribute to content strategy improvements.
