Young Concert Artists, Inc. in New York, NY seeks a Graphic Design & Media Associate to create and manage visual assets across departments.

The role blends print production, video editing, and administrative duties, with a focus on on-brand campaigns and materials for auditions, galas, and concerts. The successful candidate will maintain templates, edit performance footage, and support asset management while collaborating with Marketing, Development, Artist Management, Programs & Auditions

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design work and video editing skills.
• Demonstrated experience preparing files for commercial print production.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop (After Effects and Lightroom a plus).
• Experience editing performance or event video, with the ability to turn around short clips independently.
• Excellent eye for design, branding, and detail.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to give diplomatic feedback and hold the line on brand standards.
• Experience with collaborative tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software (we currently use Asana).
• Interest in and knowledge of classical music is strongly encouraged.
• Photography skills a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design campaigns and collateral for auditions, concerts, and galas, including digital graphics and print materials.
• Prepare press-ready files for print materials such as brochures, gala materials, programs, and reports.
• Create and maintain templates so colleagues can produce on-brand materials independently.
• Retouch and edit photography; coordinate with photographers and artists on image needs.
• Produce visual assets for web use, delivered to the website managers.
