Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in requirements documentation and business process improvement.
• Familiarity with federal IT acquisitions and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering, reviewing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Conduct market research to support software acquisitions and licensing.
• Prepare SOWs, J&As, IGCEs, and related procurement materials.
• Track service requests and coordinate with internal and government stakeholders.
• Monitor licensing activities and support IT portfolio reporting.
