Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume administrative, tracking, or procurement operations.
• Ability to manage large datasets and fast-moving transaction entries.
• Strong communication skills for multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with market research or logistics tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and track IT acquisition deliverables and procurement documentation.
• Process hundreds of purchase requests with accuracy and logging in tracking systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to expedite approvals and resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct market research on vendor capabilities, pricing, and lead times.
• Track end-to-end lifecycle of IT equipment orders and monitor shipping statuses.
• Quality-check packages to align with federal purchasing regulations.
• Assist team lead with data, status trackers, and repositories.
• Identify process improvements within high-volume PR workflows.
