Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking a GMP Testing Project Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee complex GMP-compliant testing projects in a regulated laboratory. You will ensure on-time delivery, align with FDA/EMA/ICH standards, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field, strong GMP knowledge, project management experience, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Strong background in pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• GMP lab operations experience and regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage GMP testing projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop tracking tools and dashboards to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project updates and KPIs to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP and quality standards.
