The successful candidate will support market research, data analysis, client follow-up, cold calling, and broad business priorities, developing skills across business development and trading operations in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current/recent college-level experience; candidates right out of college or with internship-level experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong curiosity, passion, eagerness to learn, and motivation to grow within the business.
• Comfort with market research, data analysis, client follow-up, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and data analysis to support leadership and market-related decision-making.
• Support executive leadership with general business priorities and flexible assistance.
• Follow up with clients and help maintain consistent communication and relationship development.
• Conduct cold calling and other business development outreach to support growth opportunities.
