Job summary

Deloitte US Delivery Center is seeking a Delivery Consultant, AI and Analytics Solutions, to support GIS and analytics work products across federal, state, and local government clients. You will handle ArcGIS Online administration, data processing with Python, and data quality validation in a hybrid work setting with travel and relocation flexibility.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year experience with ArcGIS/Esri, 1+ year Python, and the ability to obtain required US security

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain US security clearance.
• Hybrid work model: residence within commutable distance to a US Delivery Center; up to 30% co-located time; travel up to 10%; relocation within 12 weeks; work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of an ArcGIS Online platform: user access, group management, content maintenance.
• Perform GIS data processing tasks: data conversion, spatial joins, clipping, selections, spatial enablement, aggregation, deduplication using ArcGIS Pro, Databricks, and Python.
• Execute ArcGIS Online user onboarding and offboarding with password resets per SOPs.
• Support data quality and validation to maintain accurate GIS content and platform outputs.
• Collaborate with project teams to support platform operations and delivery of GIS and analytics work products.

Work you'll do

As a Delivery Consultant, AI and Analytics Solutions on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting day-to-day administration of an ArcGIS Online platform, including user access, group management, and content maintenance
• Performing GIS data processing tasks such as data conversion, spatial joins, clipping, selections, spatial enablement, aggregation, and deduplication using ArcGIS Pro, Databricks, and Python
• Executing ArcGIS Online user onboarding and offboarding activities, including password reset support, in accordance with documented standard operating procedures
• Supporting data quality and validation activities to help maintain accurate GIS content and platform outputs
• Collaborating with project team members to support platform operations and delivery of GIS and analytics work products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year of experience with ArcGIS or Esri software suite
• 1+ year of experience using Python
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
  • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
  • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
