Job summary

EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC. is seeking an Entry-Level Geologist to join our Warwick, RI team. You will support planning, fieldwork, and reporting on diverse environmental projects, including Preliminary Assessments and site investigations, gaining hands-on experience in Phase I/II assessments and remedial investigations.

The role requires a BS in Geology and 0–3 years of experience, with travel for projects. OSHA HAZWOPER and First Aid/CPR are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Geology with a focus on hydrogeology or related fields.
• 0–3 years of environmental consulting experience, including field-sampling and reporting.
• Willingness to travel out of state for multi-week project tasks.
• OSHA HAZWOPER and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of environmental projects.
• Conduct Preliminary Assessments and environmental site investigations.
• Assist with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Participate in site investigations and remedial investigations; evaluate impacts and risks.
• Provide third-party construction oversight to ensure environmental requirements are met.
• Support remedial design and implementation under various programs.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals across projects to gain experience.
