Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field or anticipated degree by December 2026, from an accredited college or university, plus 0–5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in more than one programming language (e.g., C++, Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, PHP).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Knowledge of database design and SQL with hands-on experience using relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).
• Familiarity with Git for version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, tools, and services that support internal operations and contract deliverables.
• Write clean, readable, well-structured code in languages such as Python, PHP, C++, Java, C#, JavaScript, or others as project needs dictate.
• Develop backend logic and services and contribute to front-end interfaces with a focus on usability and UI/UX optimization.
• Design and maintain relational database schemas and write efficient SQL queries to support application data needs.
• Build utilities and automation scripts to streamline workflows, process data, and reduce manual effort.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and support cloud or on-premises hosting environments.
