Job summary

BTI Solutions in Plano, TX is seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will work on front-end and back-end development, databases, AI/LLM features, and RPA, with exposure to UI/UX and DevOps practices.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain full stack apps using Java and Python; build RESTful APIs; integrate AI/LLM features; create and tune RPA workflows; manage relational databases; collaborate with designers and stakeholders; and participate in Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Foundational AI/LLM concepts and applications.
• Relational databases (SQL) and schema design.
• UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Exposure to CI/CD and containerization.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Brity Works, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
• Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server environments.
• Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Basic Agile/Scrum understanding.
• Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications and services.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end components.
• Support the integration and fine-tuning of AI/LLM-based features.
• Build and maintain RPA workflows to automate processes.
• Design, query, and maintain relational databases.
• Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to implement UI/UX.
• Write unit and integration tests for quality code.
• Assist in building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot on Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Document technical processes and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues.
• Create interactive wireframes and prototypes.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing.
• Optimize application performance and user engagement.
