Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain full stack apps using Java and Python. You’ll craft front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, and integrate AI/LLM features while supporting RPA workflows.

Ideal candidates have hands-on web and server experience, REST API know-how, SQL proficiency, and a collaborative, Agile mindset. Growth in DevOps, CI/CD, and UI/UX skills is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS.
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming.
• Frontend basics with HTML/CSS/JS and a modern framework.
• RESTful API design and integration experience.
• Foundational AI/LLM concepts and practical apps.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• UI/UX fundamentals and DevOps/CI-CD exposure.
• RPA tooling exposure (Brity, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
• Linux/Windows server environment familiarity and Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using Java and Python.
• Build responsive front-ends with HTML, CSS, JS and frameworks.
• Design and consume REST APIs connecting UI and backend.
• Integrate AI/LLM features into apps and build RPA workflows.
• Maintain relational databases with focus on performance.
• Collaborate with design and product teams on UI/UX.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Troubleshoot bugs and participate in code reviews.
