Job summary

Exclusively Remote Gibor Group seeks an experienced AI-focused Full-Stack Developer to architect, build, and deploy intelligent software applications. You will combine traditional web engineering with AI capabilities, building RAG pipelines, AI agentic workflows, and integrating LLM APIs.

You will collaborate directly with our team to turn business workflows into fast, scalable AI-powered web applications across remote environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering with hands-on AI/LLM experience.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or raw LLM API tool calling.
• Experience with vector stores (Pinecone, Chroma, Supabase pgvector, Weaviate) and databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI features using OpenAI, Claude, or open-source LLMs.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and autonomous AI agents.
• Design, manage, and query relational databases and vector stores for semantic retrieval.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end APIs.
• Optimize prompts, model latency, and API costs.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, maintain Git workflows, write tests, and report progress via Slack/Jira/Asana.
